About Our Founder

"I don't collect things. I collect stories, cultures and experiences—and transform them into collections that bring people together."
Luna Land is a reflection of my journey.
Born and raised in Taiwan, I was educated in the United States and spent eight inspiring years living in Los Angeles, followed by eight years in Hong Kong. For the past twelve years, Singapore has been home. Having spent more than half of my life living abroad, I've been fortunate to experience different cultures, traditions and ways of living that continue to shape who I am today.
Professionally, I built a career in private banking, where I learned that true luxury lies in thoughtful details, meaningful relationships and beautifully crafted experiences. Personally, marrying into a French family deepened my appreciation for European lifestyle, history, fashion and timeless design, while my Asian roots continue to influence my love for craftsmanship and meaningful traditions.

Whenever I travel, I don't just visit a destination—I look for experiences that allow me to connect with its culture. In the South of France, I learned the art of perfume making. In Italy, I spent an afternoon making fresh pasta from scratch in a local family's home. One of my favorite places to wander is the antique markets of Paris, where every object carries a history waiting to be discovered.
Those experiences are often the moments I remember most. They taught me that the most meaningful souvenirs aren't things we buy—they're the stories, memories and moments we create.

As a wife and mother, I wanted to create those same meaningful experiences for others. That belief became Luna Land. One of my favourite travel experiences even inspired me to introduce perfume-making workshops at Nest, allowing others to enjoy that same sense of discovery without travelling halfway around the world.

My hope is that every Luna Land collection reflects the journey that has shaped my life and inspires others to gather, create and make memories they'll carry long after the experience is over.
